Rules & Regulations

  • The library is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all working days.
  • The library remains closed on Sundays and public holidays
  • Silence must be maintained at all times inside the library.
  • Mobile phones must be on silent mode; talking on the phone inside the library is strictly prohibited.
  • Eating, drinking, and sleeping in the library are not allowed.
  • Students must carry their College ID cards to access the library.
  • Personal belongings such as bags, files, and helmets must be left outside or in designated areas.
  • A student can borrow 2-4 books at a time (as per category).
  • Books are issued for a period of 7-14 days, depending on the type of book.
  • A fine of ₹1 to ₹5 per day will be charged for late return of books.
  • Reference books, journals, and newspapers are to be used within the library premises only.
  • Students must follow instructions from library staff at all times.
